Our new 4 bedroom 3 bath North View Home was completed in 2019.

It features one bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and a full bathroom with walk in shower. A furnished kitchen with all cookware, flatware, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, beverage cooler and gas stove with oven make meal preparation simple.

An open concept great room with a dining table, island with seating, sitting area, gas fireplace, and tv greet you with spectacular water views. Panoramic Views with windows surrounding the waterfront great room allow for picturesque sunrise and sunset viewing unmatched in Door County. You can also get an up close view of the abundant wildlife such as Bald Eagles, Pelicans, Canadian Geese, Seagulls, and the pristine views overlooking Sand Bay

A second story features 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed ( 2 also have a twin bed), and 2 additional full bathrooms: one tub/shower, one is a walk-in shower. Both have amazing 2^nd level waterfront views of shooting stars and Northern Lights! This unit also features a washer/dryer combo and central air.

It is a year round home and includes waterfront location, access to our dock and water for canoes, kayaks, swimming, and boating. You can also access the water in winter months with ATV’s and snowmobiles for all season access. It includes a waterfront deck with patio set, fire-pit, use of our bikes, and a charcoal grill.
